Crockpot recipe- pot roast sliders

Here is another recipe that I thought I would share with my friends. Most of my recipes I get from either my sister Stephanie or pinterest. I tried this recipe at her house over the Christmas holidays and was shocked that I liked it so much. The reason I was shocked is because I am not a big meat eater and most meat grosses me out. Im sure I have you intrigued now….

Crockpot 3 envelope pot roast sliders:

Roast:
1 3-4 lb beef roast
1 cup water
1 cup salsa
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 envelope Au Jus mix
Whisk together water, salsa and seasoning packets.
3 ingredients
Place roast in crockpot. I like to put a crockpot liner down first because this makes cleanup super easy. Pour seasoning mixture over roast.
roast
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Then shred the meat in the crockpot with the sauce. Once you have shredded the beef now you can assemble the sliders.
Sliders:
1 pkg. King’s Hawaiian Rolls (you can toast your hawaiin roll with the sliced cheese on it to get everything nice and warm and to melt the cheese)
Sliced gouda cheese (1 slice per slider)
Creamy Chipotle Sauce (recipe below) optional
Creamy Chipotle Sauce: (optional)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp chili sauce
2 tsp creamy horseradish sauce
This recipe was super easy to make and also freezes well. Hope you all try it out and enjoy it as much as me and my hubby have.
XOXO -Brittany
